- Liquid transportation
- Cargo and freight delivery
- Express delivery services
- International shipping
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Accurate Information
You must provide accurate and complete information including:
- Correct pickup and delivery addresses
- Accurate package descriptions and contents
- Valid contact information
- Proper packaging and labeling
Prohibited Items
You agree not to ship the following items:
- Illegal substances or contraband
- Hazardous materials (unless specifically authorized)
- Perishable items without proper arrangements
- Items exceeding weight or size limitations
- Fragile items without proper packaging
4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing is based on factors including distance, weight, size, service type, and delivery timeline. All prices are subject to change without notice.
- Payment is due upon service completion unless other arrangements are made
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days
5. Delivery Terms
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees unless specifically stated in writing. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery Attempts
- We will make reasonable attempts to deliver packages
- Recipient must be available at the specified delivery address
- Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges
- Packages may be returned to sender after failed delivery attempts
6. Liability and Insurance
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the shipment or $100, whichever is less, unless additional insurance is purchased.
Insurance Coverage
- Basic coverage is included for all shipments
- Additional insurance is available for high-value items
- Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Proof of value may be required for claims
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters and severe weather
- Government actions or regulations
- Labor disputes or strikes
- Equipment failures or accidents
- Acts of terrorism or war
8. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before scheduled pickup
- Cancellation fees may apply for same-day or express services
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- No refunds for services already completed
9. Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality of your shipment information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data handling practices.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between the parties
- Mediation if negotiation fails
- Binding arbitration as a last resort
- Virginia state law governs these terms
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless National Transportation Inc from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
